Wine and nuts served soon after takeoff.
A beef and cheese sandwich or a chicken salad were offered. The sandwich was served with mushroom bisque and a wheat roll/butter.
The sandwich was hearty and filling; the beef was tender and not too salty.
White chocolate cranberry cookies were served soon after.
