No, at least not any more than any other Elite Plus. (Delta removed all status-based lounge access when flying Delta metal in an airport with no SkyTeam-operated lounge, but that change affects Diamonds as much as Golds. Equal opportunity "enhancements".)
The only way restriction on lounge access for Golds relative to Platinums is VS lounges in LHR. Originally, Golds didn't get access to any VS lounge, but DL now lets Golds into VS lounges in the US.
Note that this affects DL operated flights only, not DL elites flying coach on other SkyTeam partners.
