I've just filled in my first /welldone for the most wonderful check-in lady at EWR that was over a month ago. I couldn't quite thank her enough at the time, I really hope it gets to her. Went back to EWR and it must of been her day off or she was somewhere else but that said, best check-in agent ever.

Really wish I'd have remembered her name. She deserves a cake or something.
