Similarly (ish), I am about fill out my 3rd /welldone (or is it /thankyou?) this week (and ever). Had a purser on a flight on Sunday who didn't do anything fancy or mind blowing but whose service personified what great BA service stands for - from the second pax stepped onto the plane to the second all pax were off. Had a chat with him and he truly lives for looking after his pax even when BA as a company don't always make that easy for him.
Absolutely deserves recognition. Digression finished.
