I don't know for sure, so this is largely speculation, but I believe that if this was at T5 then your check-in agent's ID would be logged against Ready to Fly. On the other hand I would speculate that the Powers That Be wouldn't tie down resources digging out the records to find out the agent's name, but I would like to think I'm wrong there.

If it was at a smaller outstation then I suspect they could work it out anyway.

But still, a good outcome is worth recognising, and it must add to the sum total of human happiness, so why not?
