So I can watch whatever I want on Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, CBS, FX, HBO, etc. and record with this program and have them in HD quality for later?

Does that mean I can't pause in the middle or have other programs running that may cause sound (Google Hangouts, Facebook, etc.)?
