Most of the time I have found the rate includes breakfast. There are several restaurants in at the hotel and a cheap one at the top of the driveway into the hotel. I generally breakfast late, skip lunch and dine in Patpong.

I am looking into doing a cash + points redemption, which doesn't state anything about breakfast. I am just a SPG gold; therefore, I wouldn't be entitled to the complimentary breakfast people talk about through status or rate.
I've read several reports of people complaining about the difficult reaching Patong because the hotel monopolizes taxis in/out the resort. What are your thoughts?
