Fast Track Arrivals is available for:
•customers travelling in First, Club World and Club Europe who hold a non-EU passport
•British Airways Executive Club Gold and Silver members who hold a non-EU passport, plus one guest
•oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members
Does that mean Silver can use it? (Whatever it is)
Fast Track Arrivals is at T5 international arrivals for clearing immigration and for non-EU passport holders only. It is (supposed to be) faster than the normal non-EU passport line. I travel frequently with UK/EU passport holders and 99% of the time they clear immigration through the standard UK/EU line quicker than me.
There have been many threads on this, I don't think there is any need for a fast track UK/EU line.
