The new schedule comes out Dec 16th, but they already announced some things on ns.nl. For me the biggest change is several new stations added to the Brussels IC including Schiphol, Brussels Airport and Brussels-Nord (which was removed several years ago and really bothered me). Also they've added Antwerpen-Berchem.

And they are increasing the daily frequency from 12 to 16 trains.
