HR Kyoto was included in the list as recently as a few weeks ago. I suspect the omission now is a mistake, for which info on Hyatt.com is well-known. But I would be delighted if Kyoto would allow a DSU for upgrade even to the Balcony Rooms, and those on longer stays would more than likely be satisfied with using it for upgrade to a Corner Twin or Corner Deluxe.
