I just had the burger five minutes ago and thought it was one of the most disgusting food experiences in recent memory. I really wondered whether I would feed that to the Lab (though he'd eat it anyway). The beef tastes old and cheap, the bun was over-toasted, the cheese hard and coagulated (i.e. the whole thing has been sitting under a heatlamp). I have a burger at Le Caprice last week, so I know that the UK can produce a great hamburger. I'm not expecting the F lounge to compete with central London restaurants, but getting a hamburger wrong when Shake Shack and Five Guys can do it, so can BS, I would hope.
