flew from Paris to Hanoi 2 weeks ago with Vietnam Airlines

no IFE (announced 2 minutes after take off) like they didn't have to check this detail while the aircraft was parked for 3 hours at the airport

then, quickly we realized that half of the toilets of the B777 were not working, for a fully-booked flight


i told myself that it could happens something, but not twice

and suddenly, on another route yesterday, Hochiminh to Paris, no IFE, and about half of the toilets down again


people were upset all across the cabin and started talking

some frequent travellers with Vietnam Airlines mentioned that almost all their past flights with this company were horrific


Vietnam Airlines, never again


i took a complain form, but seriously, i don't know if they give a damn about feedbacks...
