I say that while I'm on day 18 in the hospital following surgery on one of my two broken legs...which happened stepping off a curb in San Francisco. I get out tomorrow. Yay!

I have one flight still booked over Christmas and 4 flights in January on UA and since I'll be in a wheelchair for the foreseeable future, I don't know if I will have to cancel some or all of them. The $50 fee is post-merger. Pre-merger on UA the entire amount was usable on another ticket, with a doctor's note.
