Has anyone any experience of trying to gently hammer out a dent in a Topas at home? I'm tempted to try doing so with a small hammer, very carefully, as I think it might improve it.

Advice very welcome before I take the plunge!

Thanks
Would you mind posting a photo of the dent? I'm curious if hammering may be the best option or if you should go to a machine/auto body shop (Done it once for a Zero Halliburton, worked fine).
