This is starting to concern me now. You are the third person in the past week who has reported this sort of incident. My girlfriend and I both operate accounts and I made a point of e-mailing GreenPoints Customer Service and asking if their rules permitted two people at the smae address from holding accounts and they told me it was fine as long as we had different e-mail addresses.
