This morning a UPS envelope arrives. The letter states that her application was approved for $5K and it also confirmed the 50K miles.
Has anyone else received a denial and then approval without requesting reconsideration? Just curious.
Yes. Occasionally, Citi's system has a glitch where one app turns into 2. They deny the "second app", that you didn't even know happened. Then the first app, the one you intended to do, is approved and you get the card in the mail. Besides which, Alls Well That Ends Well.
