I've gotten credit for several surveys - always within a week. The last two were for 350 and 250 miles respectively. They started out saying only 1 survey every two weeks but now it is once every 7 days. They rarely take more than 5-10 minutes and if they keep it going, it could add up to something fairly substantial after a while.
