But I don't know if "most" helps a merchant. It depends on whether the consumer has already "consumed" the product (like at a restaurant) or whether they are simply trying to buy the product (like at a retailer).
Actually, DC has both signature and "no CVM required" on the card (I think it's a MasterCard requirement.) Those just rarely if ever happen currently.
