In this case I really like to put a thumbs up for SK actually. Compared to how LH did the changes in M&M last year, they actually at least try to be a bit reasonable about tickets that are already booked. M&M just suddenly announced that they had changed the earning charts. That's it. Tried to do some retro claiming according to the old rules (which actually was about a few thousand points, as I flew to EZE and SIN, a.o.), but the answer is no, they claim the right to make changes at any time.

So yes, I completely agree that what SK now does is a slow and painful form of suicide, as they're now on every field unattractive (price, hard product, soft product, bonus program), but at least they do it in a gentleman's way (which is not something I'm used to from their side).
