Reminding Agents About the Mosaic/Mint Bag Tags

Checked my bags at BDL a couple days ago and had to remind the agent to put on the green tags. She told me that she'd heard so many reports that they do nothing that she doesn't put them on anymore.

I thought this would be a teaching moment, so I gave her a nice anecdote. Back when DL first started putting on SP tags, no one cared and they mattered for nothing. Eventually as the years went by, they became engrained in DL culture and now I can generally count on the SP tags to get my bags out first(ish). I suggested that if all B6 employees would put in the effort, eventually it would actually become to B6 as it is at DL and become a real benefit for their HVC's. Point being, priority bag tags do matter. She thanked me for the story and happily put the green tags on my bags.

And wouldn't ya know, my bags were #'s 1 and 2 on the belt.
