BA Address to file small claims court papers against?

I'm about to submit a claim against BA for EU261/2004 for a flight that I had that was 22 hours delayed back in mid October - filed on BA's site on my return and not a single word back from them yet regarding a response, so I'm going down the legal route.

I need an address for the paperwork, and I was wondering if anyone here knew what address to use, there seems to be a few options on the BA site and it's (probably purposefully) not very clear which one to use in this situation.

I also had an expense claim approved by them and got an e-mail 3 weeks ago to say they were sending me the amount into my bank account - obviously this has not appeared yet and when I questioned a) a breakdown of the amount (as I think they're not paying out all my costs) and b) when the money would go into my account, I got no response.

I know that BA have a serious backlog in dealing with paperwork and customer enquiries, but frankly this is their problem and I don't see any other way of dealing with this other than the Small Claims Court route.

If anyone has any additional advice, that would be more than welcome!
