I have done, and it was not loaded! But this was apparently very rare - SCCM came to apologise, and said there were a number of people on board without their orders, and that it was unusual as they are usually quite good.

So my experience was bad, but I was told it's normally good. Gamble I guess... you'll get your money back either way (and I was given a £10 goodwill voucher too)
