When I traveled to Vietnam for business trips, my agent, who lives in HCM and had to meet me in Hanoi, was ALWAYS arriving late when flying on VietJet.... I never wanted to try them because VN is cheap enough and I would certainly not fly them after seeing my agent being delayed all the time (more than an hour each time)....
