My building uses appfolio, which allows me to pay using a cc up to $3k/txn for a fixed $37 fee. My rent is less than this, but I prepay to minimize cost.
The reason I mention this is because I use PPBMC, which gives me 1% back. BC I load with PP cards using OBC, it makes it easy to load and unload and save 4ish % off my rent.
