I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes at the Arrivals lounge for a shower no matter how busy the lounge has been. Even the Galleries complex showers I've never waited more than 15 minutes before the last time through. Plus I've always arrived in the peak morning time for the TATL arrivals so my jaw dropped in disbelief when I was told the 2 hour wait time last time.
