I was just wondering, can one purchase VISA/MC/AMEX gift cards and use those for payments on Paypal without Paypal charging fees? Since these are prepaid cards, I'd be paying the fees (or sometimes not!) and therefore Paypal would not charge the usual 3% fee? I'm looking at ways to continue paying rent to my overseas landlord for as cheaply as possible while gaining points, etc with Amazon payments no longer being an option...
