She certainly is. Overall I am highly impressed with most of the staff I have dealt with at the hotel, from f&b, to the spa, to the "front desk." Arnaud de Saint-Exupéry is a very good GM and very approachable. The management teams of the Tavern and the Rooftop bar are also top notch.
Oh, and the cocktails are the best I have ever had anywhere in Japan... Another thing I love is that they have a great wine selection including Austrian wines, thanks to the executive chef Gerhard Passrugger. A very nice Gruner Veltliner is available by the glass and reasonably priced.
