Better yet...... go to one of the big electronic stores (BIC Camera or Yodobashi) and use a visa card to pay for your iPhone. Use the very nice "Visa visit Japan" program where you not only get your sales tax returned (the standard tax free that Apple stores don't support) but an additional 5% discount as well. Making Apple goods a lot cheaper than in most other countries.
