Recently had a second stay at Andaz Tokyo and again I was extremely satisfied. This will be now my first choice hotel when visiting Tokyo. I've been staying for several years at GH Roppongi Hills but that place has let me down in many ways in the last year or so.

My first stay at Andaz Tokyo I was upgraded to the Deluxe Andaz Large Tower King. Second visit which was overlapping with a very busy holiday weekend in Japan I was upgraded to the View Andaz Tower King. The lay out and design of both rooms and all the public spaces have an aesthetic that I find very pleasing and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet at Andaz Tavern, while not overly extensive is very adequate and has both international and Japanese food. But the dinner at this restaurant is just really wonderful. Quality of food and wines is superb and the kitchen turns out some very creative tasty dishes.

Lastly, I was able to connect with Ms. Andrea Lobo and she is one of the most helpful, responsive and hospitable managers I've met at any Hyatt. Two thumbs up!!
