Better Airport for a "Quick Turn" Mileage Run: BLI or PSC?

I am thinking about booking a one day mini-mileage run on QX to either BLI or PSC and I plan to book one-way tickets so I can fly back out on the same plane I fly in on. Since I would only have about 30 min. at either PSC or BLI, I would prefer an airport (like EUG) where you don't have to re-clear security in order to get back on the plane (like RDM).

If I remember correctly for my flight to PSC many years ago, PSC is like EUG where passengers arrive and can stay inside security, but if BLI is like PSC, I would prefer to fly there since it's an airport I haven't yet flown into and it's probably a slightly shorter flight.
