Costco has that on sale this month - does anyone have it and can they comment on the quality of it? It would be for rather infrequent travel - a few times a year.

Also, it says the height of the carryon is 22.75 inches, while most airlines limit carryons to 22. Will that extra .75 inches prevent me from carrying it on to some airlines?
