AC has big problems with its technology, big time. This really annoyed me.
I don't get it. You made a reservation and held it and then you didn't want it, you wanted a different version....and you are mad that you can't revise a held reservation?? Is this correct? If so, I can't imagine being mad about this, sure inconvenient, but mad?
