You have misunderstood my issue. My complaint was that AC had cancelled my reservation before the expiry date. That is not ethical or legal. I held it on a 48 hr hold due tonight at 23hrs.

That is no way to do business at all ...if you do not agree, then you must be on another planet.

Fortunately I was able to rebook but it took me much more time than should have been required due to this AC screw up. Many of us seem to be wasting alot of time with AC bookings these days. Frankly I remain unimpressed and I have a lot more experience with AC under my belt than you do!!.
