why AC is failing
First off I am a loyal AC flyer, mainly because I have no choices.

Tonight I tried to revise a reservation on hold to be Yow-YYZ (with stop over) then YYZ to GIG. Return GIG to YOW. A perfectly reasonable request, but....

No dice, ACs system cancelled my previous reservation (without my authorization and before the deadline) and would not let me book this perfectly reasonable alternative.

AC has big problems with its technology, big time. This really annoyed me.
