Has anyone else received a "System Error" message when trying to order Delta Certs. from Greenpoints?

I get the "Error" on an account that had a AA cert. returned and credited.

This is one that I had ordered after their "supply ran out", when the partnership ended.

On another account which I had RECEIVED my AA points in time(before they broke off AA partnership) I do not get the "Error" message.

It seems as though, when they couldn't fulfill my order for AA, they credited my account 2500pts and perhaps "Locked" it. I will email them and post their reply.

I was not sure if anyone else has had this happen to them.
