Worked in Page, AZ last week for ten days.

During the summer (it's on Lake Powell) the brand new Holiday Inn Express rates are about $189/night.

During the off-season (Nov-Mar) they have a non-published rate of $59/night if you stay 3 nights; they have a big construction population who stay here M-Th and head home for the weekends.

I always call hotels and ask for the person who can negotiate a long-term rate as I typically stay 7-21 nights in a row.
