Besides the basic stability/confidence questions, they need to define a product and price point that will appeal both to business customers and higher-tier leisure travelers. (And how they will coax those people out to STN or LTN I've no idea.)
Back in the 1980s SRB initially wanted to make Virgin an all-business-class airline until somebody asked him how he proposed to fill the airplanes in August and December. And we all know what happened to Eos, Silverjet, etc. You need a dynamic mix of customers.
