Check your profile settings on the Amex Redbird Serve website and make sure you have a correct 10-digit phone number set as your primary contact number. Mine was only 7-digits for some reason and I kept getting that error until I corrected my number.

I don't know how but i had a 6 digit phone number in my profile.
