Macau is nicer as you also get the Venetian Grand Canal setting. Quality and price are similar (quite expensive compared to US locations) but I think the casino subsidises the rent in Macau hence the better floor space. I was staying at Sheraton next door to Venetian and did not eat at Mortons as there are some quite good restaurants in the Sheraton (probably the best sheraton in the world). Surprisingly so.
