Here is the worst I have ever experienced. A number of years ago my brother was having very serious open-heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic. They had a special waiting room for those with loved-ones in severe surgery. One woman thought we all had to hear her phone conversation, for which she used the speaker phone capability of her cell. Several of us asked her to stop, and she refused. We got the nursing staff in, and she still refused until they threatened her with arrest. She said it was too hard to hold her phone to her ear!
