When you say website, do you mean the BA website? Claims for missing tier points and Avios should be made through BA, not Finnair or Qantas.
You may also be able to claim the Avios and Tier points you missed out on for your reroute on Singapore Airlines, again through BA and depending on the reason for the reroute, you may be able to claim EU261 compensation.
