Keithnj973: I absolutely agree that their system has to have a "flag" recognition of sorts.

My order for 5 AA Certs went without a hitch; my order for 49 was a nightmare. No question in my mind, nor do I think that it is a bad thing.

GP has the right to set standards to ensure their overall viability and profitability. My issue is their lack of consistency with that standard.
