BA's 747s aren't exactly spring chickens: Boeing 747 average age 19.1 years (taken from airfleets.com) and they haven't fallen out of the sky. . I'd say it's safe to assume the same can be said for OpenSkies.

In fact the oldest BA 747 is coming up for 25 years.
