You should see your voucher on the "My Executive Club" page, immediately below the "My Avios" area, and it will be labeled "My eVouchers."
As stated previously, you can't count any transactions prior to Jan. 1, 2014, regardless of your statement date. It is strictly calculated by calendar year.
