This. I had a flight ALB-DCA this week that was continuing to IND with the same crew and passengers were instructed to remain onboard as boarding was going to start a few minutes after they got everyone deplaned. I've also gotten a request that pax deplane even with same crew so the crew could go get something to eat. If crew is changing you'd definitely have to get off the plane.
