This is why when I see that Air Canada Christmas video it screams insincere.
Any airline which produces a happy sappy video has one reason behind it = more profit. No corporation does anything to serve its customers unless there is a clear ROI. Trust me, I've worked in the marketing org for one of the world's largest software company that makes AC look like chump change. EVERYTHING, must have a ROI with clear metrics.
