Hi, everyone. I am new to flyertalk. Not sure if anyone has come across this question. I flied ANA earlier this year.

The trip went New York --> Tokyo --> Beijing and return the same way. Total miles should count up to 16K or so.

But I only see that number under my lifetime miles. Why did I only get 4.8K with my current mileage balance?
