I am about to order some Alaska certificates from Mypoints. I do have one question before I do it. Will the certificates be printed with my name on it? I mean can I trade them for Delta certificates or not?

When I was checking Vacation miles I found out that you could get a voucher worth 50$ on the airline of your choice when you purchase a ticket for more then 199...Is this true? Do I need to buy them ticket from a special online store or?
