Both ATH-SKG and SKG-IST (I guess that's the one on TK) flights are about 40 min. long. Spending money or coupons to upgrade them is a complete waste. The only difference would be a blocked middle seat and a much better (really!) snack. For the first leg (FCO-ATH), on the other hand, what can I say... The flight takes about 90 min., enough time to enjoy better food, a glass of wine and "space". I've never paid for business on that segment but if I can link my flight to a long haul (I always fly these in C) or if I get a free upgrade (twice in lots and lots of flights) i do enjoy it.
