Presumably you have an award ticket, then? It would be good if the receipts for those also had the tabular breakdown.

If you booked in May 2014, you will almost certainly have paid the new rate. It was announced in the Budget on 19 March 2014. An easy way of finding out is to price a cash ticket for the same trip now, either on ba.com or ITA, and seeing what the total taxes, fees and charges are. If it's a figure very close to what you've paid then there is very little chance that you paid the old, higher, rate.
